CES Roofing Inc. provides two types of warranties for our valued clients. The labor or "Workmanship" warranty is provided by CES Roofing Inc and the manufacturer provides the "Product" warranty. These two complete and separate warranties are part of the complete "Roof System" package that we provide to the homeowner. These two warranties help to set us apart from other contractors in our industry.

LABOR

The "Labor" warranty is provided by CES Roofing Inc. for a continuous Five (5) years after completion of the Roofing System. If there is any defect in our workmanship for the first sixty (60) months after we complete your project, we will make the necessary corrections free of costs to the homeowner, and we are willing to put in writing. We are able to offer this handsome warranty to our clients and back it up with 15 years of contiguous service to the Detroit metropolitan area, under the same name, the same leadership, and the same owner. PRODUCT

The Manufacturer, for the specific product chosen by you for your project, provides the "Long Term Product Warranty". Manufacturers offer different products with corresponding warranties ranging from 12 years to Lifetime Limited warranties. Depending on the selection that you make, the length of the warranty will vary. It is important for you to discuss the various products with your CES Roofing Inc. representative with regard to the warranty time period, as it relates to your product selection. Your CES Roofing Inc. representative will help guide you by educating you with the product and application to meet your needs.
